A) To look after the Welfare of the Andhra Pradesh Government Public Health and Medical Employees from Class IV to Gazetted Officers including Doctors, Contract Staff, Second Party and Third Party employees, ASHA’s, Anganwadi Employees and all those who work for Public Health.
B) To identify the Grievances of the above mentioned employees and to take up the grievances to the concerned higher officials, press and media in order to solve the problems.
C) To look after the Welfare of the private employees who work for Public Health and Medical services in Corporate Hospitals, Private Nursing Homes, Non-Government and Different Public Health Organizations. To identify the Grievances of the above mentioned employees and to take up the grievances to the concerned higher officials, press and media in order to solve the problems.
D) To bring the awareness of the Rules and Regulations and Rights of the Employees among the above mentioned employees.
E) To take-up programmes in spreading general health education to the public at large in particular to economically weaker sections of India and to conduct Health Education Programmes.
F) To strive for the upliftment of health among socially and economically weaker sections of the society in general.
G)To provide for research and for the advancement of and dissemination of knowledge in Health.
AND
H)To meet all the above aims and objectives and to do all such other acts and things as may be necessary or desirable to further its objectives.
